Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

  • The product must include original tags and packaging
  • The item should not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • The amount may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider

 

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect item received

If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos of the product.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with:

  • Product photos
  • Unboxing images/videos (recommended)

 

This helps us resolve the issue faster.

Return Shipping

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
